We had a leak from our master bathroom that I first noticed late on a Friday, a big growing damp spot in the stucco nearby. Called around to various plumbers that were listed as 24 hours, but none could come out for a day or two until I tried ERP. Not only did Christian come out late at night on a Friday to help me out, he quickly broke through the stucco and found and fixed the leak. He did an excellent job of discussing options and pricing at every step of the way. I really appreciate the emergency visit and excellent service. Christian came down yesterday and took care of my leaky sink and installed my new faucet. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon he made the time for us did an amazing job. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. There were a few little kinks. The last guy left and Christian knew how to get around it fix it and do it like a professional. Much different from most plumbers that come around. He seems to really truly care about his customers. He showed up the same day when I called him in the am. A little tiny glitch with the appt time; however, he gave me his word he would come between 1-3 and he was there @ 1:00. It is so refreshing to have a nice reliable plumber. I will sing his praises. I wish I had found him about a decade ago. If you have plumbing needs, he is the guy to go to. So Satisfied.
